Phil Spector to be Retried for Murder, Hair Previously Convicted
They say the suit makes the man. But the corollary is light-socket hair makes even the well-dressed man scary. In the first picture of "Wall of Sound" writer and producer Harvey Philip Spector, murder seems like the least heinous thing the fellow did. In the second picture taken at the trial, he seems quite congenial and pleasant, perhaps ready to give Tina Turner some sage, fatherly advice about leaving her abusive husband Ike.
Who is the real Phil Spector? The jury in his murder trial deadlocked 10-2 in favor of a guilty verdict. Some on the jury were not persuaded by the defense contention that hostess and B-movie actress Lana Clarkson committed suicide while on a first date with Mr. Spector.
I did not read the court transcripts, but then everyone deserves justice and a fair trial no matter what they look like. [Source]
